Job summary

Tomlin Personnel Ltd is seeking an experienced HGV Class 2 Driver for ongoing shift work around Leicester and the East Midlands. Start times range from 0600 to 0800, with options to suit your schedule. You will be responsible for Class 2 LGV driving, maintaining a professional appearance, and clear communication with clients.

PAYE or Umbrella PAYE pay options available. Salary varies by day: Weekdays £15.00 per hour (PAYE) or £17.00 with holiday pay via Umbrella PAYE; Saturdays £16.00 (PAYE) or

Qualifications

• HGV Class 2 licence (UK) is mandatory.
• Up-to-date CPC for Class 2 is required.
• Digi card for Class 2 must be current.

Our long established logistics client based in Leicester Leicestershire has an urgent requirement for HGV Class 2 Drivers to join their team on a regular ongoing basis.

Job Description.

Work involves Class 2 HGV LGV Driving work, of either National Deliveries or more local work. Start time depending on client range from 0600am to 0800am, so we have the options available to suit your own specific needs. So please discuss with us your own specific requirements.

Licence requirements:

HGV Class 2 licence (UK)

Up to date CPC for your Class 2

Up to date Digi card for your Class 2

You Must:

Have a positive attitude and a great work ethic

Be punctual

Smart appearance as you will be representing the company (no Jeans etc.)

Keep vehicle clean and to a good standard

Good communication skills are essential for this position as you might be needed to be contactable throughout the shift

Salary:

Weekdays per hour: £15.00 ph (PAYE) or £17.00 ph (Inc of Holiday Pay via Umbrella Paye)

Saturdays - £16.00 ph (PAYE), £18.00 ph (Inc of Holiday Pay via Umbrella paye)

Sundays - £17.00 ph (PAYE), £19.00 ph (Inc of Holiday Pay via Umbrella paye)
