Job summary

Interaction Recruitment is seeking multiple Class 2 Drivers for ongoing work in the Southampton area. This role offers regular hours, competitive rates, and the potential to secure a permanent position after 12 weeks.

Early starts and a rolling weekend rota are common, with shifts typically between 01:00 and 03:30. You will deliver multi-drop loads across the South of England using a Class 2 rigid vehicle with tail lift, performing safety checks and maintaining customer-facing professionalism

Qualifications

• Must hold UK Class 2 licence (Category C).
• Driver CPC certification required.
• Digital Tachograph card must be valid.

Responsibilities

• Perform multi-drop deliveries across the South of England.
• Operate a Class 2 rigid vehicle with tail lift.
• Complete pre and post-vehicle checks and safety routines.
• Provide a professional customer-facing service.

Southampton | £18.50-£20.50ph | Immediate Starts

Interaction Recruitment are looking for multiple Class 2 Drivers for ongoing work in the Southampton area.

This is an excellent opportunity for drivers looking for regular hours, competitive rates and the potential to secure a permanent position after 12 weeks.

Pay Rates

£18.50 - £20.50 per hour

Higher rates apply to weekend shifts.

The Role

You’ll be carrying out multi-drop deliveries across the South of England using a Class 2 rigid vehicle with tail lift.

• Early morning starts
• Multi-drop delivery work
• Delivering to retail, wholesale and convenience locations
• Tail-lift operation
• Some manual handling involved
• Vehicle safety checks
• Regular communication with the transport team
• Customer-facing role

The role operates on a rolling rota including weekends, with starts typically between 01:00 and 03:30.

What You'll Need

• UK Class 2 (Category C) licence
• Valid Driver CPC
