Job summary

Barker Ross are recruiting for a HGV Class 2 driver to join a global food company based in Avonmouth (BS35). The role offers set rotas with guaranteed 48 hours per week and no breaks deducted, plus an X1.5 uplift after 48 hours. Temp-to-perm opportunities exist for the right candidate.

Shifts cover AM and PM slots with early starts and weekends as described; you must hold a valid CPC, Digi Tacho and UK driving licence, and have up to 6 points max.

Qualifications

• Valid CPC and Digi Tacho - Class 2
• UK Driving licence
• At least 3 months Class 2 experience
• NO IN10 or DR10 on licence, NO TT99
• MAX 6 points

Responsibilities

• Deliver high street items as required with handball involved
• Load/unload and handball where applicable
• Maintain accurate delivery records and comply with routes
• Adhere to set rotas and live up to shift expectations

Barker Ross are currently recruiting for Class 2 drivers with at least 6 months experience for a global food company based in BS35 Avonmouth area.

Shifts

• Set shifts and rotas for up to 7 weeks
• Guaranteed 48 hrs paid per week at least

AM Shifts - 4 shifts per week inc 2 in 3 Saturdays - 3-7am starts (12 hr shifts)

PM Shifts - 4 shifts per week inc 2 in 3 Sundays - 15:00 - 18:00 starts (12 hr shifts)
