Job summary

Barker Ross Group is recruiting Class 2 drivers in Tamworth. No experience required but a valid UK CPC and Tacho card are essential. Manual driving confidence is required. Role offers a consistent 50 hours per week with early shifts from 4–7am and potential for a permanent contract after 12 weeks.

Successful candidates may undergo a DBS check, with UPS walking required and routine multi-drop deliveries. This is a temporary role with prospects for permanency.

Key details:

• HGV2 driving work
• Day shifts
• Multidrop - Cages - avg 15 per day
• 4-7am starts (Average 5am)
• Must be physically fit
• CPC + Tacho card required
• Potential of a permanent contract for a suitable driver
• Food delivery
• 50 hrs per week
• We will submit a CRB check for successful drivers
• Lots of walking involved 10-20k steps per day
• Tail lift
• MUST PASS DBS CHECK
