QS Recruitment Ltd is seeking HGV Class 2 drivers for continued work in Rotherham. The position offers an ongoing temporary role with permanent opportunities, paid at £17.00 per hour.

Workdays are Monday to Friday starting around 07:00, with deliveries across South Yorkshire and on-site vehicle checks as part of routine duties. Applicants must hold a HGV Class 2 licence, a digital tachograph card, a full UK CPC, and have no more than 6 points; a minimum of 1 year driving experience is required.

Job Description

WE ARE LOOKIN|G FOR HGV CLASS 2 DRIVERS IN ROTHERHAM – IMMEDIATE START AVAILABLE

Our client is a family operated international transport company operating primarily in the construction, retail and manufacturing industries that distributes an extensive range of commodities including construction products, agricultural products, electrical goods and food and drink products as well as being a proud partner of TPN (The Pallet Network).

As a HGV Class 2 Driver. you will be responsible for delivery of palletised goods to customers throughout the South Yorkshire area and will be responsible for offloading pallets using a tail lift and electric pump truck

All drivers will be expected to carry out vehicle checks prior to deliveries and complete all paperwork in line with company guidelines.

Duration: This is an ongoing temporary role with perm opportunitites also available

Contract Type: Permanent

Hourly Rate: Pay for this role is £17.00 per hour

Working Hours: Working hours are Monday to Friday with start times being around 0700 each day
