Job summary

M4 Talent Group - North is recruiting experienced Class 2 Drivers for immediate start at Branston. The role requires strong customer service and proven multi-drop experience in a friendly, established operation.

You’ll work a 48-hour week (Tuesday–Saturday, 6:30am start) with £16.17 per hour and £21.75 per hour overtime after 48 hours. Assessments and inductions can be arranged straight away, with free on-site parking and EV charging available.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 2 licence, CPC card and Digi card.
• Minimum 2 years’ multi-drop experience preferred.
• No more than 6 points on licence.
• Strong customer service and timekeeping skills.
• Physically fit – heavy lifting daily; smart and professional.

Responsibilities

• Deliver goods safely and efficiently to customers' room of choice.
• Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships.
• Accurately complete delivery paperwork in line with company and legal requirements.
• Handle heavy and bulky items as part of a two-person team.
• Adhere to Health & Safety rules, transport regulations, and working time directives.
• Maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times.

Class 2 Driver – Immediate Start

Location: B&Q Branston RDC

Salary: £16.17 per hour (£21.75 overtime after 48 hrs)

Hours: 48-hour working week (Tuesday – Saturday, 6:30am start)

We are looking for Experienced Class 2 Drivers to join our client’s team at Branston. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with excellent customer service skills and strong multi-drop experience to join a friendly, supportive, and well-established operation.
