Job summary

GCS Associates in Carmarthen are seeking a hardworking HGV Class 2 Multidrop and HIAB Delivery Driver. This is a full‑time role with Monday–Friday hours, offering £32,000–£34,000 and a contributory pension. Training will be provided on the job, and a positive, team‑oriented attitude is essential.

You will deliver to sites, perform vehicle checks, stay safe at all times, keep the yard tidy, work in yard/warehouse, and serve customers with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Must hold Class 2 (Category C) LGV licence.
• Must hold Driver Qualification Card (DQC).
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient, timely delivery service.
• Carry out routine vehicle checks.
• Maintain safety of vehicle and driver.

HIAB Delivery Driver

Our client is a well-respected builders merchant group . They are currently looking to recruit an experienced Class 2 HIAB Delivery Driver based out of their Carmarthen branch. This is a full time permanent position; the role includes:

• Providing an efficient, timely and dependable delivery service
• Carrying out appropriate vehicle checks on a routine basis
• Making sure you and your vehicle are always safe and secure
• Keeping your yard clean, tidy and well organised
• Working in the yard and warehouse
• Serving customers

Supporting your team matesYou dont need to know about the products or the industry as full training will be provided; all you need is to:

• Have Class 2 (Category C) LGV Drivers licence
• Have a Driver Qualification Card (DQC)
