Job summary

DHL is seeking a Class 1 HGV Driver to play a key role in our supply chain operations. You will drive safely and ensure timely deliveries, performing regular vehicle checks and adhering to all regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Holds a valid HGV Class 1 Driving Licence (C+E) with Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
• Ideally 6–12 months recent driving experience.
• Compliance with health & safety standards and traffic regulations.

Responsibilities

• Drive safely and efficiently in line with Drivers' Hours regulations.
• Complete vehicle checks regularly and adhere to The Highway Code and road safety rules.
• Deliver goods to RDCs, typically 1–2 drops per day.

We're now looking for a Class 1 HGV Driver to play a key role ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently, delivering goods safely and on time.

A typical day may involve:

• Driving in a safe and efficient manner in line with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations
• Complying with our health and safety standards at all times, ensuring adherence to The Highway Code, road safety rules and vehicle regulations
• Regular completion of vehicle checks
• RDC deliveries 1-2 a day

This role would suit people who:

• Hold a valid HGV Class 1 Driving Licence (C+E), Driver CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card
• Ideally have 6-12 months recent driving experience
