Job summary

Barker Ross Group is recruiting for HGV Class 1 Drivers to join their Whitchurch operation. Full-time positions with day or night shifts, start times 01:00–07:00 or 16:00–19:00, you can select a preferred window within that frame.

You will deliver palletised goods to RDCs and production sites, typical around 5 drops per day, with no handball and some pump truck use; average 10 hour days, unlikely to exceed 12.

Qualifications

• At least 12 months experience with 2 years on licence.
• Must have valid CPC and Digi Tacho.
• Drivers must not have an IN10 or DR10 on licence and cannot exceed 6 points.

• HGV1 Artic vehicle duties.
• Average 5 drops per day.
• All palletised goods, no handball, some pump truck usage.
• Drops to RDC, Production sites, Cash and Carry's.
• Average 10 hour days, wont go above 12 hours.
• NO handball.
• Full time work available, weekend availability preferred but not essential.
• Assessment day on first shift - paid.
