Job summary

Gregory Distribution Ltd is seeking a Class 1 Casual Driver to transport packaging materials to production sites and deliver yoghurt products to the logistics site. You will ensure loads are secured and conduct daily vehicle checks while staying in touch with the transport office for real-time updates.

This role requires a UK Class 1 (CE) Licence, DCPC and Digital Tachograph Card, and a dependable, team-spirited approach. Flexible shifts and ongoing training are offered.

Qualifications

• Must hold UK Class 1 (CE) Licence.
• Current DCPC Card and Digital Tachograph Driver Card.
• Ability to work under deadlines and meet targets.
• Confident, polite and collaborative team player.
• Good geographical knowledge for route navigation.

Responsibilities

• Transport packaging materials to production sites and deliver yoghurt products to the logistics site.
• Load and secure goods with straps and nets to prevent damage.
• Perform daily vehicle safety checks using company phone.
• Maintain communication with transport office and provide delivery updates.
• Represent the company professionally at delivery points and build customer relationships.
• Participate in ongoing training and regulatory updates.
