Job summary

We offer weekly pay, ongoing work, and opportunities for training and upskilling. A valid UK HGV Class 1 licence with CPC is required along with up to 6 points; sign-on bonus of £150 is paid with start.

Qualifications

• A valid UK HGV Class 1 (C+E) Licence with 12 months experience.
• A current UK Driver CPC (DCPC) card and a valid Digital Tachograph card.
• Up to 6 points accepted on licence (No DD, DR, CD, TT, IN endorsements).

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Class 1 (C+E) vehicles on planned routes.
• Conduct daily vehicle checks and complete relevant paperwork.
• Majority Trunking work; minimal to no handballing.
• Tramping also available.
• Follow all driving laws and company procedures.
• Represent the company professionally at client sites.

Job Title: HGV Class 1 Driver (C+E) - Trunking and Tramping work

Location: Warrington

Pay Rate: £16.40 to £18.37 p/h+ £150 sign on bonus

Shifts: 7 day working operation -AM, PM and Night shifts available - shifts to suit all

Ignition Driver Recruitment are looking for reliable, experienced HGV Class 1 Drivers in Warrington to join our team and play a vital role in keeping the supply chain moving.

What You'll Do:

• Safely operate Class 1 (C+E) vehicles on planned routes

What You Need:

• A professional attitude and good communication skills
