Job summary

Gi Group Ireland Limited is seeking a Class 1 Trunk Driver for an ongoing full-time role based in Milton Keynes. You will handle parcel and mail bulk loads, conduct vehicle checks, and adhere to driving standards with coaching provided.

Weekend availability is essential for a 24/7 operation. Eligible candidates should hold a valid UK Class 1 licence with CPC and DIGI card, up to six penalty points, and strong customer service and communication skills necessary to represent the brand

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Class 1 licence + 12 months Class 1 driving experience
• Max 6 penalty points accepted for minor offences
• Availability to work weekends is essential for this 24/7 operation
• Will have the ability to demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills, as well as an attention to detail

Class 1 Driver Requirements

• Valid UK Driver Cards (Driving Licence, CPC and DIGI Cards)


• Minimum 1 year Class 1 licence + 12 months Class 1 driving experience


• Previous experience in store deliveries would be preferred, but is not essential


• Max 6 penalty points accepted for minor offences (no DR or DD offences)


• Availability to work weekends is essential for this 24/ 7 operation


• Will have the ability to demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills, as well as an attention to detail
