Job summary

Barker Ross is hiring an HGV Class 1 driver for roles in Lutterworth (LE17). The full-time role offers ad hoc options and pays £19.38–£24.48 per hour PAYE, inclusive of holiday pay. An assessment including a written test and a drive is completed before the first shift.

Shifts include 4 on/4 off patterns with varied start times; CPC and Digi Tacho are mandatory, and IN10/DR10 must be avoided with up to 6 points. Onsite parking and flexible shift bookings are available.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months driving experience.
• Must have CPC and Digi Tacho.
• Licence must not show IN10 or DR10 and points ≤6.

Responsibilities

• UK-wide HGV1 driving with artic vehicle.
• Tipping/collection duties and pallet handling.
• Adhere to shift patterns and pass assessments prior to starting.
