Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Peterborough is hiring a Class 1 HGV Driver to ensure goods are delivered safely and on time. The role operates Monday to Friday with early starts from 6am to 8am, and is offered on a permanent full-time basis.

You will drive in a safe, compliant manner, perform routine vehicle checks and handle goods. DHL supports a comprehensive benefits package and a pension with employer contributions.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid HGV Class 1 Driving Licence (C+E).
• Driver CPC qualification is required.
• Digital Tachograph Card is required.
• No more than 6 points on your licence.

Responsibilities

• Drive in a safe and efficient manner in line with regulations.
• Complete vehicle checks regularly.
• Manual handling of customer products.
• Adhere to health and safety standards and the Highway Code.

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO?

• have previous experience although not essential.
• have no more than 6 points
