Job summary

Barker Ross Group is recruiting for HGV Class 1 PM drivers in the Avonmouth BS35 area. You will operate urban artic vehicles with set shifts, 4 shifts per week, and a guaranteed 48 hours per week. There are permanent opportunities after a temp period, with no Saturday work and a 16:00–18:00 start window.

Applicants should have at least 12 months Class 1 experience, valid CPC and Digi Tacho, and a clean licence with max 6 points. UK driving licence and no IN10/DR10 required.

Qualifications

• Valid CPC and Digi Tacho (Class 1) are required.
• UK Driving licence is essential.
• At least 12 months Class 1 experience is required.
• No IN10 or DR10, and no TT99 on licence.
• Maximum 6 points on licence is required.

Responsibilities

• High street deliveries.
• 5–7 drops per shift.
• Handball involved (cages, baskets).
• Set shifts and rotas for up to 7 weeks.
• 48 hrs paid per week at minimum; Sunday flexibility with no Saturdays.
