Job summary

Reflect Recruitment Group currently seeks an experienced Transporter & Trailer Driver to join our client's team. The role is permanent with a £35,000 annual salary and a working day around 12 hours with early starts.

Typically Monday to Friday, with rare Saturday work if required. You will be responsible for safely transporting vehicles throughout the UK, ensuring they are loaded, secured, and delivered on time, with 28 days holiday and no bank holidays worked.

Qualifications

• Full C+E licence held.
• Previous commercial driving experience.
• Experience with vehicle transportation would be advantageous.
• Knowledge of loading and securing techniques.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage routes.

Responsibilities

• Safely load, secure and unload vehicles.
• Carry out daily vehicle safety and road worthiness checks.
• Plan efficient routes and manage delivery schedules.
• Complete delivery, mileage and vehicle documentation accurately.
• Communicate with the transport team regarding routes, delays and any issues.
• Ensure vehicles are transported safely and securely.
• Maintain a professional approach with customers and clients; follow relevant driving and transport regulations.

The working day for this Vehicle Transporter HGV Driver role, is around 12 hours long - with early starts.

Monday-Friday, with the rare occasion of Saturday working - if required.

What We're Looking For
