The JobsBoard is actively recruiting experienced Class 1 and Class 2 HGV drivers for flexible, ongoing assignments across Kent. Whether you want regular full-time work or shifts that fit your lifestyle, this role offers competitive hourly pay and consistent weekly pay.

You will operate both Class 1 and Class 2 vehicles, perform routine vehicle checks, and comply with tachograph rules and transport regulations.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) or Class 2 (Category C) driving licence.
• Valid Driver CPC qualification.
• Digital Tachograph Card.
• Previous commercial driving experience.
• Good understanding of driver hours and working time regulations.

Responsabilités

• Safely operate Class 1 or Class 2 vehicles in accordance with road transport legislation.
• Complete multi-drop and general haulage deliveries across Kent and surrounding areas.
• Carry out daily vehicle inspections and report any defects.
• Maintain accurate delivery and tachograph records.
• Ensure all loads are transported securely and efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with transport planners and customers.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company procedures.
