Sedgwick is hiring a Claims Technician to join our UK-wide team on a hybrid basis. You will handle commercial property claims from initial report through settlement, working with policyholders, insurers and contractors to achieve fair outcomes.

The role emphasizes customer service experience, effective communication, and a commitment to pursuing the CILA qualification while offering learning and development opportunities within Sedgwick University.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service office environment.

• Interest in pursuing the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters (CILA) qualification.

We have a fantastic opportunity for Claims Technicians working on a hybrid on a UK-wide basis.

An excellent opportunity has arisen in our property team. We are seeking an individual with claims handling or customer service experience.The role will deal with all aspects of a commercial property claims from the dayit’sreported to the dayit’ssettled, if you are looking for an opportunity to develop fully in commercial claims handling, eventually progressing to dealing with every aspect then this is the role for you.

The role assumes that you have some customer service experience, everything else you can learn from us, all we need is your enthusiasm to learn and grow. We care about career progression and will support you as you develop to deal with more complex claims.
