Job summary

You will support multinational clients, manage complex losses, and contribute to innovative claims solutions using proprietary tools. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience handling commercial insurance claims across multiple classes.
• Ability to chair and facilitate claims review meetings.
• Knowledge of captive arrangements and global programmes.
• Proven claims relationship management with internal and external stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial problem-solving mindset.
• Experience supporting large, complex losses.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage claims processes across lines of business.
• Arrange and chair client review meetings with insurers and solicitors.
• Deliver claims analysis reports and identify trends for clients.
• Support onboarding of new clients from a claims perspective.
• Collaborate with Aon's Global Network and travel as required.
• Leverage Claims Co-Pilot to enhance client outcomes.
