Job summary

Bennett & Game Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a Claims Administrator for a family-run construction business in Leatherhead, Surrey.

This permanent, full-time role is office-based and focuses on handling administration, customer service and claims coordination across insurers, loss adjustors, contractors and suppliers. You will work with Contract Managers to keep projects on track, manage multiple priorities, and maintain CRM records while delivering clear, timely updates to clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, customer service or claims-related roles.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emails and enquiries from clients and stakeholders.
• Communicate confidently with clients by telephone and email.
• Provide regular updates to clients regarding project progress.
• Liaise with insurers, loss adjustors, contractors and suppliers.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to Contract Managers.
• Maintain and update CRM records and project databases.
• Track outstanding issues and upcoming deadlines.
