Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD is seeking a Junior Contracts Manager to join a growing family-run construction business specialising in insurance reinstatement and repair works. The role involves overseeing insurance repair projects and coordinating site teams to deliver repairs to time and budget.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within construction, site management, project management or contracts management.
• Good general construction knowledge.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and site teams.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Confident assessing the quality and progress of works.
• Commercial awareness advantageous.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Willingness to learn and develop into a Contracts Manager role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple insurance repair and reinstatement projects.
• Monitor projects from commencement through to completion.
• Coordinate site teams and subcontractors.
• Carry out site visits to assess quality and progress.
• Ensure works are delivered to the required standards.
• Identify and resolve issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Liaise with clients, contractors and subcontractors.
• Support projects involving flooding, water ingress, fire and subsidence repairs.
• Work across refurbishment, decorating, kitchens, bathrooms and structural repair projects.
• Work closely with the wider team to ensure projects are delivered effectively.
