Job summary

Lloyd’s is seeking a Claims Oversight Manager to shape and strengthen claims performance across the Lloyd’s market. You will oversee a portfolio of managing agents, driving better outcomes and engaging senior stakeholders to support continuous improvement.

In this role you will monitor claims performance, assess risks, and ensure compliance with Claims Principles while promoting accountability and data-driven decision making across a complex stakeholder network.

Qualifications
