Claims Operations Manager – UK

Would you like to join a highly-respected UK Claims operation in a leading role? Do you have extensive claims-based operations experience, including the ability to analyze varied data sets? If so, we would love to hear from you for this key role that supports one of our vital business areas, leading operations and driving improvements in collaboration with Senior Leadership.

Our UK Claims team operates on a hybrid basis, offering flexibility to work both remotely and from a regional office.

What the day will look like
  • Supporting the monthly operational governance process and producing relevant outputs.
  • Escalating, tracking, and completing actions from audit and assurance activities.
  • Leading successful operational and business change projects.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to implement company initiatives.
  • Assisting with change management and operational improvements.
  • Identifying and executing key projects to enhance operational efficiency and compliance, including project management and ad-hoc support.
  • Working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework and policies, including risk management and mandatory training.
  • Managing key stakeholder relationships across the business.
