Job summary

Connect Legal Partners, a national law firm, is seeking a proactive apprentice to join the professional indemnity claims team. You will open new matters, enter data, send acknowledgements, run conflict checks, and manage diaries while studying for a Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship.

You will support insurers and brokers, handle policy documents and a shared mailbox, and gain hands-on experience in billing queries and payments.

Qualifications

• GCSEs including Maths and English required.
• Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Open new matters and enter data promptly.
• Send acknowledgements and run conflict checks.
• Manage diary reminders and processing payments.
• Handle billing queries and manage policy documents.
