Job summary

Howden Bournemouth invites applicants to join an 18-month Personal Lines Insurance Apprenticeship, starting Sep 2027. You will begin in a structured induction and work with the Personal Lines team while studying for a Level 3 qualification.

This fully office-based role requires commitment to attend an in-person assessment centre and travel costs are covered for the day. You’ll join a supportive, employee-owned culture with development, learning, and exposure to a fast-paced insurance

Qualifications

• No insurance experience required; training provided.
• Level 3 Insurance apprenticeship suitable for school leavers.
• Permanent role from day one during the development programme.

Responsibilities

• Learn foundations of insurance, customer service and sales.
• Support colleagues in finding suitable insurance solutions.
• Contribute to achieving sales goals and renewals.
• Develop written client communications and maintain records.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and insurers.
