Job summary

Dynamite Recruitment is seeking a Claims Handler/ Customer Services professional to support customers with insurance claims. You'll assess, investigate, and respond to queries by phone and email, while maintaining accuracy and delivering empathetic service.

Starting salary up to £32,000 with progression within 12-24 months. Office-based during probation in Christchurch, then hybrid thereafter, with full training and opportunities for career progression.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience.
• Experience in a call centre, claims or insurance environment is useful but not essential.
• Good telephone and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good numerical ability.
• Ability to stay organised and calm under pressure.
• Friendly and empathetic approach.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
