Everywhen, part of the Ardonagh Group, is seeking Claims Handlers to join our Southampton office. You will guide customers through their claims from first contact to final settlement, building trusted connections with clients and insurers and supporting Account Executives to secure fair outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience handling insurance claims and supporting clients through the process.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams and insurers to achieve fair outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through their claims from first contact to final settlement.
• Build strong connections with clients and insurers.
• Champion the best outcomes for all parties involved.
• Assist in recovering uninsured losses where applicable.
• Keep administration organized and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Be a reassuring voice on the client helpline.
• Support Account Executives in day-to-day activities.
