Everywhen, part of the Ardonagh Group, is seeking an Account Handler in Stoke-on-Trent to support day-to-day client portfolio operations. You will act as the first contact for client and insurer queries, set up actions from quotes, sales, mid-term adjustments and renewals, and maintain accurate records.

The role requires excellent communication, initiative, and organisational skills, with opportunities for progression and professional qualifications within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Background in Insurance – either at an insurer or broker.
• Background in Customer Service or Sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive attitude with initiative and resilience.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth running of the assigned portfolio daily.
• Achieve agreed retention rates and cross-selling targets.
• Develop and maintain professional client and insurer relationships.
• Be the first contact for day-to-day client, provider and internal queries.
• Respond proactively to queries from clients and insurers.
• Resolve discrepancies in provider documentation before sending to clients.
• Maintain client records in line with systems and protocols.
• Provide proactive telephone handling for internal and external contracts.
• Support and collaborate with the Ardonagh family and teams.
