Job summary

Pertemps Bristol Commercial is seeking an experienced Claims Handler in Bristol on a hybrid basis. The role covers full claims handling from first notification through resolution, with a focus on professional indemnity claims for insurer clients.

You will investigate, assess liability and exposure, review coverage, and negotiate settlements within authority while maintaining strong client service and documentation standards.

We're recruiting for an experienced Claims Handler to join a specialist claims team managing professional indemnity matters on behalf of insurer clients.

You'll be responsible for handling claims from first notification through to resolution, investigating claims, reviewing coverage, liaising with stakeholders, negotiating settlements, and ensuring excellent client service throughout.
