Job summary

Acorn Insurance is seeking a Lead Auditor within our Claims Governance team, based in Liverpool or Sevenoaks with hybrid working. You will oversee the quality, accuracy and regulatory compliance of claims operations by leading a team of Claims Auditors and by executing the Claims audit plan.

The ideal candidate will have extensive Motor Claims knowledge, proven people management skills and the ability to produce clear, concise reports aligned to our strategic direction and values.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a claims audit team
• Ability to plan and execute an audit programme
• Strong reporting with findings aligned to policy

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach and evaluate the claims audit team, ensuring timely production of findings and reports
• Conduct regular calibration within the team to ensure consistency
• Conduct performance evaluations, regular 121s and all aspects of people management
