Job summary

Sedgwick in Cardiff and across the UK is seeking a Customer Service Advisor for a 3 months Fixed Term Contract. You will be the calm voice, helping claimants get their lives back on track and guiding them through complex situations with care.

No prior experience is necessary as full training will be provided. The role is hybrid, with two days in the Cardiff office and flexibility to work from home, supporting a 24/7 service with varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer literacy – you'll be using a variety of in-house databases.
• Enthusiasm and a genuine desire to learn.
• A can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Handling inbound calls from customers for a variety of queries.
• Dealing with multiple clients to deliver the best service we can offer.
• Working with suppliers and parts.
• Providing excellent customer service at all times.
