• Register new claims accurately and efficiently.
• Manage customer and broker enquiries via email and telephone.
• Provide excellent customer service and keep customers informed throughout the process.
• Process claims related administration and correspondence.
• Support the management of long-term claims by reviewing ongoing cases.
• Update customer records and maintain accurate information across multiple systems.
• Managing shared mailboxes and workflow queues to ensure service levels are met.
• Support colleagues across the wider Claims team with a variety of administrative tasks.
• Look for opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
