We’re growing our Income Protection Claims Team and looking for new Claims Assessors (known as Claims Case Managers at Aviva) to join us. You’ll manage a portfolio of claims cases, working closely with internal and external partners to support both employers and employees. By assessing claims, arranging treatment and providing telephony support, you will help to get the best outcome for the customer. You’ll support customers during difficult times—whether they’re off work, returning or facing long-term absence. This role involves helping people through treatment, financial stress, or life-changing events so you’ll need to support individuals with empathy and clarity. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that uses a mix of rehabilitation, motivational interviewing and relationship management to get the best outcomes.
100% office attendance will be required for a minimum of 6 months and then potential of some home working dependent on progression in line with Step progression framework.
