Aviva is seeking a Personal Lines - First Notification of Loss specialist in Motherwell. The role is a permanent, on-site position supporting claims from 8:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday, with a 35-hour week and options for part-time work.

These are permanent roles will involve hours covering our opening times of 8.00am to 6:00pm (Monday – Friday). Our standard full-time contracts are for 35 hours per week (with options for part-time working).
You will be the first point of contact for our customers when they need to make a claim. Its your job to gather the right and relevant information, such as how the incident occurred and understanding areas of damage to our vehicle. This will lead you to make informed liability decisions and create bookings with our suppliers to get the customer back to normal as soon as possible.
You will work proactively on the claim to minimise the inconvenience to our customers lives and show empathy for their circumstances. You will need to juggle multiple tasks at pace and utilise a range of digital systems.
