Pertemps Leeds is recruiting a Claims Advisor for its Huddersfield team. This full-time, permanent role offers a starting salary of £25,000 with private healthcare, travel loans, and a pension, plus holiday entitlements.

You will be the first point of contact for personal injury claims, delivering excellent customer service by listening, gathering information and guiding customers through the claim process.

Qualifications

The Opportunity

As a Claims Assistant, you'll be the first point of contact for individuals looking to begin a personal injury claim. You'll play a vital role in delivering an excellent customer experience by listening carefully, gathering important information, and helping customers start their claim journey. This is a fast-paced, telephone-based role where empathy, professionalism and attention to detail are essential.

Key Responsibilities
