Job summary

Pertemps Bond is hiring a Claims Advisor for a Huddersfield-based role in Yorkshire, UK. This full-time, permanent position focuses on delivering outstanding customer service via telephone to support personal injury claims.

You will handle calls, collect claim details, and assist customers through the initial claims journey, while working with internal teams to progress cases and maintain accurate records. Training and progression paths are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 GCSEs, including Maths and English.
• Previous experience handling customer calls is essential.
• Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Ability to build rapport and demonstrate empathy with customers.
