Team and Impact:

Our team is dedicated to delivering a superior claims experience. As part of Allianz Commercial, you will work on Natural Resources & Construction Claims, including Inherent Defects Insurance (IDI). Your role involves ensuring excellent service to brokers, clients, and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

• Resolve claims related to Natural Resources & Construction, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
• Evaluate coverage issues and reserve levels.
• Maintain accurate claims records.
• Process indemnity and expense payments.
• Participate in market meetings and industry representation.
• Generate management reports on claims.
• Prepare referral documents and report losses.
• Collaborate with other departments in claims processing.
• Review premium payments and support credit control.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Desire to learn from technical experts and develop in complex claims handling.
• Basic understanding of Natural Resources & Construction Insurance and reserving principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analytics.
• Excellent communication skills and relationship-building abilities.
• Insurance industry experience preferred; CII qualifications or progress towards them are advantageous.
• Engineering or law degree candidates with less experience are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of AI and its business applications is essential.
