Sapphire Utility Solutions is seeking a Civils Team Leader to manage the civils team from our Kinmel Bay depot, reporting to Operations Manager and supporting the Welsh Water contract. You will ensure work is delivered to SLA targets, on time and within budget, with technical input and team leadership on site.
You will drive on-site solutions, coordinate with the scheduling team, and maintain strong communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
Sapphire Utility Solutions are looking for a Civils Team Leader, based out of our depot in Bodelwyddan, reporting in to the Operations Manager, in support of our new Welsh Water Contract.
As a Civils Team Leader, you will be working to meet the needs of the client's SLA’s in the most productive and cost-effective manner. You will be helping to provide technical expertise, experience, and work within a team to deliver a first-class service to our customers.
You will be able to engineer solutions on site and focus your teams on completing work correctly, first time.
You will work with the scheduling team ensuring programmes are managed and delivered accordingly. You will provide support to ensure that the company's work is effectively completed through communication with internal and external customers, as well as managing business and client database systems.
Salary: Up to £15.25 per hour depending on experience
Location: Kinmel Bay
Working Hours: 07:00am - 17:00pm
