Lanes Group operates the Kinmel Bay depot in North Wales and is seeking a Lining Team Leader to oversee lining activities under the Welsh Water contract. The role covers a 50-hour week with a salary up to £17 per hour, with internal and client coordination to ensure safety, compliance and quality on site.
You will lead lining teams, manage resources, monitor productivity, and drive performance while maintaining high standards of workmanship.

We are now seeking an experienced CivilsOperationsSupervisor to oversee day-to-day site activities, ensuring all works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. This role involves supervising operatives and subcontractors, coordinating resources andmaintainingstrong compliance,workmanshipand operational performance on site.
Due to business expansion, we are currently looking for a new Lining Team Leader to report into the Lining Project manager, based at our Kinmel Bay Depot The role will be covering contracts with the lining division. This role is best suited to somebody who thrives in running a team with excellent man management skills and strong communication skills, who can work well under pressure.
