Sapphire Utility Solutions, part of the Lanes Group, is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality on site. Location: Bamber Bridge Salary: £38,500 per annum Hours: 50 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 4:00pm

Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising site activities while driving performance, productivity, and Health & Safety compliance. This is a hands‑on leadership role that requires strong communication, people management, and operational skills.
