Job summary

Barhale is seeking a Site Agent/Manager to oversee multiple civil engineering projects from Cam Draycott, Gloucestershire. You will manage site teams, ensure safety, quality and cost control, and coordinate with contracts and project managers to deliver within programme.

The role requires experience in regulated environments, strong communication, and a proactive approach to risk and value engineering.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering civil engineering projects for a contractor.
• Knowledge of CDM regulations and project risk management.
• Ability to lead a site team and manage subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead site delivery to plan, budget and quality.
• Chair weekly site meetings and produce reports.
• Manage RAMS, ITP and waste management plans.
• Coordinate procurement and resourcing for sites.
