Barhale is seeking a Sub Agent to manage small-value civil sites or assist the Site Agent on larger schemes, ensuring delivery to customer objectives with emphasis on health, safety and quality.

The role requires considerable civil engineering experience, NEC contract knowledge, and strong leadership and cost-control skills. Barhale offers competitive pay and a strong benefits package including pension and private medical cover.

Qualifications

• Degree/HNC in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial performance of the contract.
• Deliver projects on time and to customer objectives.
• Produce and manage the project programme and supervise the delivery of it.
• Understand and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Provide engineering expertise and support to the project team.
• Ensure staff, subcontractors and visitors are inducted and qualified.
