Barhale Holdings Ltd. is seeking a Site Agent/Manager to lead on-site delivery of Civils and Water projects across the UK. You will manage site teams, ensure quality and safety, and work to programme while controlling costs.

The role requires experience with contract conditions, CDM, and risk management, plus qualifications such as CSCS and IOSH/SMSTS. Excellent communication and leadership are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Experience as Site Agent on civil contractor projects.
• Knowledge of CDM regulations, contract conditions, and risk management.
• Degree/HNC in Civil Engineering or equivalent; CSCS.
• IOSH/SMSTS or Managing Safely.
• Effective communication and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction site delivering projects to programme and quality.
• Lead Sub Agents, Engineers, and Foremen to deliver work safely and to required standards.
• Prepare RAMS, ITPs, and Waste Management Plans where required.
• Maintain commercial performance and cost control; identify value engineering opportunities.
• Produce monthly reports and chair site meetings.
