Job summary

Galliford Try Group in the UK seeks an experienced Civil Project Engineer to lead environment-focused water projects around Iver, Buckinghamshire, with travel across the Affinity Water region as needed.

You will work with PMs and site teams to manage design, procurement, and constraints while maintaining safety, quality, and budget controls. A strong NEC/contractual background is desirable.

Qualifications

• Lead Civil engineering from concept through to completion on water projects.
• Experience with Non-Infra and Infra within the water sector.
• Proficient with design reviews, RAMS and project plans.
• Commercial awareness and effective stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead Civil engineering from concept through to completion using in-house resources and site teams.
• Deliver Non-Infra and Infra projects within the water sector.
• Oversee design management and liaise with clients and internal teams.
• Monitor budgets and assist with cost reviews and variation claims.
• Champion health & safety and ensure quality through inspections.
