Job summary

Galliford Try Group is seeking a Part Time Project Manager to support multi-disciplinary civil, mechanical and electrical projects within the Southern Water Framework. The role partners with the Senior Project Manager at the Otterbourne WTW site to deliver programmes on time, on budget and to safety standards.

The role requires experience in water infrastructure, NEC contract awareness, and strong collaboration with design, procurement and construction teams.

Qualifications

• HND, BEng, NVQ, or equivalent qualification or relevant practical experience.
• Experience in the water or wastewater sector or similar infrastructure environments.
• Awareness of NEC contracts and commercial management principles.
• SMSTS (or IOSH equivalent) and CSCS card (desirable).
• Strong communication, organisation, and teamwork skills.
• Proactive, collaborative, and solution-focused approach.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the delivery of projects, ensuring performance against programme, budget, and KPIs.
• Take ownership of project commercial performance, with support where needed.
• Promote and maintain high health, safety, and environmental standards through the BMS.
