Job summary

Esh Group is looking for a Quantity Surveyor based in Bowburn, England, to join our civils frameworks division. You will oversee the commercial management of contracts and ensure accurate measurement, valuation, and financial control on projects for the Environment Agency.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of Quantity Surveyor experience.
• Proficient in Civil Engineering construction processes and procedures.
• Experience in subcontractor management is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee commercial management of contracts in infrastructure.
• Ensure valuation and financial control of assigned projects.
• Communicate with stakeholders to maximize income from works.
