Esh Group is looking for a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to assist with the commercial management of contracts specific to the Water Industry in Bowburn. This role entails managing project valuations, procurement, and contract administration.

We seek an individual with a degree or equivalent understanding of frameworks specific to the Water Industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to produce accurate work under deadlines.

Qualifications

• To be Degree qualified or equivalent.
• An understanding of Frameworks within the relevant sector.
• Experience of Microsoft and office IT packages.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Quantity Surveyor with contract management.
• Preparation of Interim Valuations and Final Accounts.
• Contract administration of sub-contracts.
