Job summary

You will prepare detailed civil estimates from tender documentation, drawings and specs, collaborating with designers, project managers, clients and suppliers to secure competitive pricing and support value engineering.

Qualifications

• Civil engineering background with estimating experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and estimating software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and competitive civil estimates from tender docs, drawings and specs.
• Collaborate with designers, PMs, clients and suppliers to gather project information.
• Lead negotiations with subcontractors to secure competitive pricing.
• Provide technical input to support design and value engineering.
• Support Commercial team with variations, payments and final accounts.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders throughout estimating lifecycle.
