Job summary

Mott MacDonald is seeking a Civil Engineer within the Buildings Unit to deliver a variety of building and infrastructure projects across the UK and Europe. You will work with multidisciplinary teams, contributing to design, technical delivery and development opportunities toward Chartered status.

In this role you will assist with site development, drainage, earthworks, utilities and external works while upholding health and safety policies and budgetary constraints, with hybrid working options

Qualifications

• Degree in civil/structural engineering or a related field.
• Understanding of UK building and transport infrastructure standards.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, design and delivery of civil works for buildings and sites.
• Contribute to drainage, SuDS, earthworks and external works planning.
• Promote health and safety policies across projects.
• Assist with project management tasks and proposals as needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to meet budgets and programmes.
• Contribute toward Chartered status through professional development.
