Job Title: Technical Logistics Manager – Cisco & Meraki

You will join an exciting Cisco Logistics team, working alongside the department manager. This role involves mentoring, knowledge sharing, and a clear pathway to management through succession planning.

Key Skills Required:

• Preferably RMA background, including testing, fixes, repairs, and RMA processes

Responsibilities:

• Perform proactive Cisco & Meraki testing, fixing, and repairs, including testing routers, switches, access points, replacing power supplies, and managing stock
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction through timely returns, dispatch, and support
• Utilize technical knowledge to support support calls and bid management
• Manage stock allocation and dispatch
• Meet deadlines and maintain high standards under pressure
• Engage in projects involving stock management, warranty, and RMA processes
• Lead, optimize, and manage the team effectively
• Document processes and generate reports for insights and improvements
• Maintain overall high quality standards
